Spawn point cannot be set at night when monsters are nearby

      Summary:
      When the time is set to night and a hostile mob is nearby, the player is unable to set their spawn point by interacting with a bed.

      This bug also existed in Java Edition and was fixed in 20w06a: MC-167989.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Dig a 2 block deep hole
      2. Spawn a hostile mob inside the hole
      3. Place a bed nearby
      4. Set the time to night
      5. Switch to Survival mode
      6. Right-click the bed

      Observed Results:
      The player's spawn point is not set.

      Expected Results:
      The player's spawn point should be set.
