Summary:
After the player selects a skin from a Marketplace skin pack in the Classic Skins menu, the skin pack details in the bottom right box fail to load for custom skin packs. The only way to get the details to load is to collapse the Owned tab and expand it again.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Download and import the attached skin pack
2. Download a skin pack from the Marketplace
3. Go to Dressing Room > Create/Edit Character > Classic Skins > Owned
4. Select a skin from the Marketplace skin pack
5. Select a skin from the custom skin pack
6. Look at the bottom right box

Observed Results:
The bottom right box says "Loading..." infinitely and the skin cannot be equipped.

Expected Results:
The skin pack details should successfully load.
