Was messing around in a creative world and noticed that doors sometimes dropped themselves when broken in creative mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open up a creative world and place down a door of any type.
2. Break the door with any tool or item in your hand.
Observed Results:
Occasionally the door drops itself.
Expected Results:
The door is supposed to drop nothing, as are all other blocks in creative.

It's relatively inconsistent and I can't really find a pattern on when it drops or when it doesn't, so I'll update this if I find anything.
