Mobs would get stuck on doors. I saw that a Villager and a Zombie got stuck in a village and they would lose their pathfinding. The door was also open

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find Village
2. Summon Villager inside a house
3. Summon Zombie outside the house
4. Zombie will try to get the villager but gets stuck on the door

Observed Result:
Zombie gets stuck on the door and loses its pathfinding ability and the villager would also be unable to escape.

Expected Result:
Zombie should go through the door and infect the villager or the villager should escape and run from the zombie
