Villagers will link to workstation that they cannot see or pathfind to. Villagers are able to link to workstations that are over 100 blocks away.

This makes villagers extremely difficult since I need to have my villager breeder about 150 blocks away from my cure station, and then that need to be about 150 blocks away from the trading hall.
