Summary:

Too many ender crystal explosions can push the player over the border of the border block

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Get Border Block and Command Block
   1. /give @s border
   2. /give @s command_block
2. Build 3 x 4 outline Border
3. Place a Command Block in the outline with this setup
   1. Repeat
   2. Unconditional
   3. Need Redstone
   4. Command Input: /summon ender_crystal ~~1 ~
4. Place a button or a lever near Command Block to run Command Block
5. Effect yourself resistance for survive the explosion: /effect @s resistance 99999 10 true
6. Change some gamerule
   1. /gamerule falldamage false
   2. /gamerule mobgriefing false
7. Go inside the outline, change your gamemode to adventure, press the button/lever to run Command Block summon ender_crystal
8. Hit the ender_crystal

Observed Results:

Ender crystal explosions can push the player over the border of the border block

Expected Results:

Player still in the outline of border, can't pass
