Nothing happens when clicking on tags in the Marketplace

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Open the Marketplace
      2. Find a map with tags (for example, the "Adventures in English" map)
      3. Click on the tags

      Observed Results:
      The tags are highlighted when hovering over them, but nothing happens when clicking on them.

      Expected Results:
      A page with all Marketplace content with the tag is opened. If no page is meant to be opened, then the tags should not be highlighted when hovering over them, as having them highlighted implies that they should do something when clicked on.
