Kill a animal (like chicken) in rain with a sword enchanted with fire aspect. It will drop raw meat instead of cooked meat. (tested on java edition)

Steps to reproduce

1. Spawn a animal like chicken.
2. Enchant a sword with fire aspect.
3. Run command /weather rain.
4. Kill the animal with the sword.

Expected Results

It drops cooked meat.

Observed Results

It drops raw meat.
