The game switches to the Character Creator skin, when the Emotes / Capes tabs are clicked from the Dressing Room Screen.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Dressing Room Screen
2. Click on the Emotes tab or the Capes tab
3. Observe the game switching to the Character Creator Skin
