The game highlights a Classic Skin for a single frame while scrolling down in the Classic Skins Tab with a Controller.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Classic Skins Tab
2. Open the Owned Tab
3. Highlight the first +? button
4. Scroll down with the Right Joystick
5. Observe the game highlighting a classic skin while scrolling down

Expected Results: It should highlight the next +? button while scrolling down

Note: You may not be able to see the Frame that the video is trying to show. If that's the case, I will attach a photo of the frame I'm trying to show.
