      How to reproduce:

      1. Edit a Character
      2. Equip a Back Item (best example: The Elder Dragon Wings)
      3. Go back to the Dressing Room Screen
      4. Observe the Character & the Character Cosmetics rendering in front of the Arrow Buttons

      Observed Results: The Character & the Character Cosmetics render in front of the Arrow Buttons & the Controller Hints

      Expected Results: The Character & the Character Cosmetics should render behind the Arrow Buttons & Controller Hints
