The Side Box in the overall Character Creator shifts downwards by 2 pixels when Character Creator Items is on screen. This Bug is best observed when Switching Between the Emote Slot Screen, and the Capes Screen.

How to reproduce:

1. Go to the Emote Slot Screen
2. Observe the Side Box in the Correct Spot on Screen
3. Go to the Capes Screen
4. Observe the Side Box off centered downwards by 2 pixels

Observed Results: The Side Box shifts downwards by 2 pixels when Character Creator Items are on screen

Expected Results: The Side Box should remain in the same position, even when Character Creator Items are on screen
