      Summary:
      When feeding the parrots with cookies, they do not get the fatal poisoning effect. In version 1.18.2, parrots are poisoned if fed with cookies.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Summon a parrot.
      2. Take a cookie.
      3. Feed your parrot cookies.

      Observed results:
      The parrot did not receive the effect of fatal poisoning and does not take damage.

      Expected results:
      The parrot will get the fatal poisoning effect when fed with cookies.
