Horses do not take any damage when falling long distances.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Tame a horse
2. climb to great heights (It also happens when falling into the caves)
3. fall all the way to the ground

Observed Results:
the horse does not receive any damage.

Expected Results:
the horse should take damage and even the player.
