The View Reward Button does not Focus correctly with Screen Animations Turned Off. The button will Focus Correctly while Screen Animations are Turned On.

How to reproduce: (a controller is recommended)

1. Turn On Screen Animations
2. Go to the Achievements Screen
3. Select an Achievement that has a Character Creator Reward
4. Observe the View Reward Button Focused
5. Turn Screen Animations Off
6. Go to the Achievements Screen
7. Observe the View Reward Button not Focused

Observed Results: The View Reward button is not Focused on the Achievements Details Screen with Screen Animations off

Expected Results: The View Reward button should be focused once the Achievement Details Screen is opened, even with Screen Animations off
