Screen Reader continues saying the Achievements Screens after tabbing out & back into the game. This only applies to the Achievements Screens.

How to reproduce:

1. Turn On Screen Reader from the Accessibility Settings
2. Go to the Patch Notes Screen (the patch notes screen is the best way to observe the Screen Reader)
3. While its saying the Patch Notes Screen, Tab out & back into the game
4. Observe the Screen Reader saying the Patch Notes Screen again from the Very Beginning
5. Go to the Achievements Screen
6. White its saying the Achievements Screen, Tab out & back into the game
7. Observe the Screen Reader still saying the Achievements Screen from where it left off

Observed Results: It continues reading the Achievements Screens from where it left off

Expected Results: It should say the Achievements Screens again from the very beginning
