When renaming any item in an anvil it simply doesn't apply the change. The item reverts to its original name and the anvil takes damage its kind of game breaking and frustrating.

What I expected to happen was...:
My item would be renamed even if it bugged the anvil shouldn't take damage.

What actually happened was...:
Item wasn't named/ reset to original name and anvil got used up.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put any item into anvil first slot
2. Rename the item
3. Grab the "renamed item"
