      Summary:
Frogs and goats when jumping on scaffolding will land 1 block lower. If there are no blocks below, frogs and goats simply fall. This behavior is also incompatible with jumping slugs and can lead to quick death of the mob.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Place the platform from the scaffold.
      2. Summon a goat or frog.
      3. Wait for the frog or goat to jump.

      Observed results:
The frog and goat will land 1 block below or fall if there is no block below.

      Expected results:
When jumping on scaffolding, goats and frogs will not land 1 block lower, will definitely land on scaffolding.
