Summary:
Frog eggs can be moved by piston as complete blocks. Almost all incomplete blocks break when trying to move them with a piston. Also it is not consistent with turtle eggs.

2. Place the piston next to it.
3. Activate the piston.

The piston can move frog eggs without breaking them.
