The globe banner pattern has been finally added to Bedrock in the latest beta 1.18.10.24. However, it is currently unobtainable in pure survival since to get it, you have to trade with a cartographer villager for it.

You can try by checking the trading JSON file for villagers, or by just trying to get the globe banner pattern via trading in-game with the cartographer villager.
