When I blow up Sculk catalysts with tnt they drop themselves and xp orbs. I tried this with Sculk and Sculk shriekers but they both only dropped xp orbs.

How to reproduce:

1. Place down some Sculk catalysts 
2. Place 1 tnt on top of it
3. light the tnt

Result:

it drops xp orbs and itself.

Expected result:

Only drops xp orbs like Sculk shriekers and Sculk
