Loading Spinner is missing from the Initiating World Template Screen.

Before 1.17.30, a loading bar would be present in the bottom box below the text. In 1.17.30, they replaced all loading bars with loading spinners in the Marketplace. The loading bar on the Initiating World Template screen counted as a loading bar from the Marketplace, but was never replaced with a loading spinner. Therefore, leaving the bottom box empty.

How to reproduce:

1. Click on the Create New World button on the Play screen
2. Click on the See More button
3. Click on the Create This World button on the Marketplace Details screen
4. Observe the Initiating World Template screen not showing a loading spinner.

Observed Results: There's no loading spinner in the Bottom box below the text

Expected Results: There should be a loading spinner in the bottom box below the text, replacing the loading bar that used to be present there.
