Ocean ruins and shipwrecks on the border between old and new chunks can sometimes have empty chests

      I've recently updated a world with seed -973981 from 1.17.41 to 1.18.0.

Consequencely a shipwreck generated completely onshore at X3544, Z552 where happened to has a shipwreck in the 1.18.0 world and was also on the border between old and new chunks of this world. This should be normal as the game generates transition between old and new chunks while also trying to place the shipwreck.

But what's abnormal was that one of the two chests in the shipwreck was empty. In the 1.18.0 world the chest has normal loot in it. (the other chest has normal loot in both worlds.)

A similar problem occured with an ocean ruins at X182 Z-152. Unfortunately I've broken its chest previously but I can confirm its chest in the 1.17.41 world was empty.

This is really hard to reproduce because you would need to keep the chunks with ruins/shipwreck unloaded while loading nearby chunks before updating the world.
