After placing and attempting to 'use' a chest minecart in the Nether, no inventory (personal, chest, barrel, etc) can be opened.  One is required to log out, then back in for all inventories to work properly.  Tested with a hopper minecart as well, same issue.  This issue does not affect the overworld.
