Steps to reproduce: Step 1) Enter the following command in a non hot biome 

                                               /weather thunder 

                                  Step 2) Wait for the weather to clear or Do /weather clear

Observed results: Sky dosen't ** update after entering the command

Expected results: Sky to become blue & clear
