What happens:

1> Blocks break slower,doors and trapdoors act weird.

2>Unable to loads new chunks.

3>Everything glitches out and mobs move slower.

4>Player randomly starts taking damage.

3>Restarting Minecraft and opening that world dose not fix the problem.

This happened to me when I was playing my world.
