As the aforementioned in the above title, the blocks close to the edge of the world were pushed inward about three to four blocks. At the same time, the affected blocks did not remain horizontal, but some fell down. This problem has never occurred in versions 1.17.41 and before. After the problem, I did not try to alter the blocks (including building and  destroying). I sincerely hope there will be no problem in my archive and mojang could fix this bug ASAP.
