Sculk blocks spreading from a Sculk Catalyst cannot replace certain blocks
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a world with the Vanilla Experiments toggle enabled
- Place some Gravel and place a Sculk Catalyst on top of it
- Kill some entities near the Sculk Catalyst
Expected result:
Sculk blocks should replace Gravel
Observed result:
Gravel doesn't get replaced by Sculk blocks.
