PlayStation
I updated my Minecraft world already in progress for about 6 to 8 months. It crashed and now says on the level I was playing "you are out of data storage space and Minecraft is unable to save your progress. Minecraft will return you to the main menu to clear up storage". I have plenty of space on the PlayStation, currently at 135gb of free space available.
I'll load it again and try to open the world and it'll say "there was a problem loading this world". Then it kicks me out.
I tried it again, i got a different error message.
"An error has occurred in the following application (CE-34878-0) Minecraft."
Tried again, and again got a different message.
"Disconnected due to world corruption, try reopening or restoring from a previous backup".
tried again and got the "you are out of storage space" message
Please help restoring my world so I continue my progress. I have reset the PS4, closed Minecraft repeatedly, deleted the application and reinstalled it and i assume i have disabled discord settings (multiplayer setting??), ps4 and Minecraft are up to date. I do not know how to update a driver or launcher and everything i can find on the internet just says to update your PS4 for that.
I have tried everything with no luck. I still get the "We had trouble loading this world" message screen.
Any further help would be greatly appreciated as i do not want to lose this world I've been building for many months.
I reported it to Mojang and chatted with John in support. He suggested there is a bug in my game and to report it.
