Steps to reproduce:

1. Tame a wolf (or a cat)
2. Save the tamed animal with structure block
3. Put down another structure block and switch it to load mode
4. Type the structure name into the load mode structure block
5. Put a button next to the load mode structure block
6. Leave the game
7. Rejoin the world
8. Press the button to spawn the tamed animal

Observed results:

You cant interact with them to make them sit and stand

also their OwnerNew value reset back to -1 (default value)

Expected results:
You should able to interact with them
