Edit: This problem has continued into 1.18

Edit 2: So I have foudn through random experimenting that on Windows 11, I can only connect if I have a texture pack active. If I try to connect with the default game, it will not allow me. HUH??

Edit 3: Solution no longer works. Same results as first time.

I just bought a  10 player realm for my friends and I to play on. Upon launch of the realm, my friends could connect and I (the owner) could not. It would join the relam, say loading resource packs then suddenly say I couldnt connect. I was only able to connect through my friends.

I tried a different wifi and the same result, both allowing multiplayer. I have tried restarting my pc, same error. I tried checking for updates and I had the latest version. I tried launching the app from both the launcher and directly through windows. I tried uninstalling Minecraft Bedrock and reinstalling and nothing. I waited until this morning to see if it was just a time thing and tried all the steps above again and same error.

Because it stalled on resource packs, I tried deleting all my resource packs, then trying one by one. Same error.

I checked on my phone and I was able to connect there, but not on Windows 11, so I am guessing this is a windows bug. I have attached a video below of me trying to launch the realm after I freshly restarted Minecraft.
