Xp can follow the player but stay at the players feet not getting collected. This only happens when a player dies. Mob xp can be collected just fine. Although when a player dies the xp just follows you around at your feet

Steps to reproduce

1. Get a player to collect xp
2. Kill the player
3. Kill a mob

Observed results: the mobs xp is collected, but the players will stay at your feet and follow you

Expected results: the player can pick up both xp
