      When it's rainy and you enter the End, the sky crash and look like night vision

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Set weather to rain
      2. Enter the End portal

      Observed Results
      The End sky appears as noise / static for a few seconds.

      Expected Results
      Overworld weather should not affect End sky.
