With my last report of named mobs despawing with the villagers now its just the villagers for me i was looking around on youtube for the same problem and found info on a channel ItsMe James it seems it has to do with border chunks but others say its not and saying the glitch has been around for awhile now if you can get to work fixing this it would be most appreciated
