Description
When riding or sitting in a boat panning view around, view snaps to face north.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to creative mode and create new world.
Have boat in inventory and find any body of water
Go to survival mode
Enter boat and look from left to right
Steer boat in a full circle

Expected results:
Camera should face direction boat is facing and looking from left to right gives full 180 degrees view

Observed results:
Panning camera from past south camera snaps to north. Does not happen when looking from east to north and to west
