Axolotls do not spawn in underwater caves at depth y 0 and below.

      This happened when I turned on the cave and cliffs experimental. I'm walking around in a cave at a depth of y 0 and below that. I found many water caves. There only glow squid spawn. I didn't find a single Axolotl in those depths.
