The villagers spawn egg, when used to spawn villagers, doesn't spawn the correct clothing variant in the new snowy mountain biomes such as grove, snowy slopes, frozen peaks, and jagged peaks. This breaks consistency between other snowy biomes and parity since Java has this bug fixed in the 1.18 pre-release.

How to Reproduce
1. Find a grove, snowy slopes, frozen peaks, or jagged peaks biome.
2. Use the villager spawn egg.

Observed Result
The villagers spawned wearing default plain cloth textures.

Expected Result
The villagers spawned with the snowy plain cloth texture.
