You can scroll down in the Color Section while in the Character Creator when first loaded.
How to reproduce:
- Click on the Color button while editing a character
- Observe how you can scroll down in the Color Section
- Press ESC
- Click on the Color button for the 2nd time
- Observe how you can no longer scroll down in the Color Section
Observed Results: You can scroll down in the Color Section when first loaded
Expected Results: You shouldn't be able to scroll down in the Color Section, even when first loaded
