Arrows don't appear in the Character Creator while the Hide Controller Hints setting is on.
How to reproduce:
- Observe the Character Creator with Hide Controller Hints are turned on
- Turn Hide Controller Hints off
- Observe the arrows not appearing while Hide Controller hints are turned on
Observed Results: Nothing is present in the buttons while the Hide Controller Hints setting is turned on
Expected Results: The Arrows should be present while the Hide Controller Hints setting is turned on
