      Summary:

When generating a pointed dripstone in a mine, pointed dripstone blocks can be replaced by the mineshaft. In this case, the size of the remaining blocks will not be changed to the required one.

Examples (due to MCPE-146494, you may have to create the world several times):

      Seed: 1792249514
      Coordinates: 8322 -14 376
      Coordinates: 8315 -11 319

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a world with the specified seed.
      2. Visit the specified coordinates.
      3. Consider generating a pointed dripstone in a mineshaft.

      Observed results:

The pointed dripstone will be clipped by mineshaft blocks and will not update its shape (block size) until the player updates nearby blocks.

      Expected results:

Shape (block size) pointed dripstone must be correct when generated, even if the pointed dripstone part removes by mineshaft blocks.
