      Summary:
In nether fortress and stronghold, the chests are always facing west. In doing so, they ignore the location in structures and are often placed with the front to the wall.

      Examples (Stronghold):

      Seed: 1010583276
      Coordinates: 5399 16 1516

      Examples (Nether fortress):

      Seed: 1010583276
      Coordinates:  10080 61 74

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create a world with the specified seed.
      2. Visit the specified coordinates (go to coordinates in the correct dimension).
      3. Consider generating chests in buildings.

      Observed results:
Chests, regardless of their location in the structure, are always generated facing west.

      Expected results:
Chests will take into account the location in the structure when generated (and will not be generated, for example, facing the wall).
