Happened again everything died some kind of minecraft mass extinction event. Major bug that needs to be sorted. All dogs and  any kind of animal does not survive.No point recreating new animals they just die when you next log in . No point having armour stands they vanish too with all the diamond armour on it  Minecraft needs to fix these bugs before developing new updates.
