The azalea tree can be grown underwater. This is because you are still able to place azalea underwater (related to MCPE-129989) and bonemeal it to grow into the azalea tree.
Step to Reproduce
1. Go underwater.
2. Place a moss block, and then azalea on top of it.
3. Bone meal it.
Observed Result
The azalea grows into an azalea tree.
Expected Result
The azalea doesn't grow into an azalea tree.
