The transition from stone to deepslate is supposed to happen between layers Y= 8 and Y= 0, just like Java Edition. It allows for a proper smooth transition when old bedrock gets converted to deepslate.

However, the transition currently happens between layers Y= 0 and Y= -8, which is both a disparity and causes a clash in world conversion.
