Amazon
Hi,
I have an Amazon Fire HD 10 Plus (11th generation, 64GB storage, 4GB RAM) running Fire OS 7.3.2.1 (build number 0021274105476). It is running Minecraft version 1.17.41.01.
I have 2 profiles set-up on the tablet - 1 adult profile and 1 child's profile in 'kids mode'. Minecraft seems to run fine when I run it on the adult profile, but when I run it in the child profile (in kids mode) I am unable to create any worlds, I just get an error message "there was a problem loading this world". The 'OK' button that appears doesn't do anything, the only way to get out of the error message is to force close the app. The issue occurs both when the app is installed on internal storage and on an SD card.
I have tried several things to fix the issue, including reinstalling the app, disabling and re-enabling the contacts and storage permissions, clearing the cache and storage and restarting the device but this has not resolved the issue.
Not sure if this helps but I have an older 9th generation HD10 which can create worlds in 'kids mode' just fine. Both tablets are running Fire OS 7.3.2.1 and Minecraft 1.17.41.01.
