Im on version 1.17.41. A little annoyed by this bug, i do have the caves and cliffs experiments allowed on my world, but almost every time i get out of a boat it instantly despawns or teleports away for a millisecond and then teleports back to where i got off of it. They have mostly been despawning though, and they dont appear in my inventory ever again.
