Blazes, endermen, and striders are not dropping XP when killed by splash water bottle

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Spawn a blaze, enderman, and strider
      2. Kill them using a splash water bottle

      Observed Results:
      They do not drop any experience.

      Expected Results:
      They should drop experience.

      Original Description:
      I wanted to make a an endermen XP farm using splash water bottles to kill them but for some reason they weren't dropping any XP orbs.
