Jay Wells, Mojang, everyone at the company, especially the Bedrock community, hear me out:
I may be the only one that has this issue, but even to this day, I still can't create a new world on the External storage location on my Android 10 device! This is the same device that I created this post. The first and second time, that is.
If you guys don't help a simple Bedrock user out of this issue, Bedrock Edition will be a dead game for sure, and Java Edition will be confirmed to be far more superior. You have my warning, guys. The third one.
So, my issue right now is, I can't for the life of me create a new world on the External storage location on Android 10 for me.
Not open an existing world, creating a new world.
So, I wanted more people to have this issue voted and noticed by Mojang (presumably, Jay Wells) so they could fix this small issue that caused me to literally go haywire!
Steps on how to reproduce this issue:
• Open Minecraft (Beta / Release version).
• Go to Settings.
• Scroll down to see "Profile".
• Select "File Storage Location".
• Change to "External".
• Go back to menu and click on "Play".
• Create a new world.
What's supposed to happen:
•World gets created successfully.
Instead:
• Shows a dirt background wIth a text that says: There's a problem loading this world.
Note that this happened on the Caves and Cliffs Update (my issue right now started on 1.17.10).
Update: My Android version is Android 10. Device name is POCO M3. 4GB RAM. My Android CPU is an Octa-core Max 2.0GHz.
