I bought Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition solely for the purpose of playing virtual reality on it. I downloaded the game, created a world, and then once the world was finished, I decided to finally hop on it using virtual reality (Oculus Rift S). I initially tried just opening the regular MC Windows 10 edition while wearing my VR headset which obviously didn't work. I then researched online how to use my VR headset with MC Windows 10 edition. I read articles saying I needed to purchase it in the Oculus store, so I looked and discovered that it is no longer located in the Oculus store, despite me finding it on the Oculus website which I will show you in this link: https://www.oculus.com/experiences/rift/741306562635466/?locale=en_US I then stumbled across your webpage which I will list the link here: https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360057619052-Minecraft-in-Virtual-Reality I read the entire article on how to pair my VR headset with your game. From my understanding, I was supposed to simply create a new shortcut on my desktop, list the location as " minecraft://Mode/?OpenXR=true ", and then title it as "Minecraft VR", which I did. After completing these steps, the iconic Minecraft dirt block popped as an icon for this newly-found shortcut, which says should happen if set up correctly. I then turned on my VR headset, launched the shortcut, and regular Minecraft Windows 10 popped up on my desktop, but not on my VR headset. I tried restarting my computer multiple times, I've tried redoing the whole "create a shortcut" process, and I even went as far as getting my tech-wiz roommate to help me launch it on my VR headset since he used to play Minecraft VR 2 years ago, and trust me, you know something's up if even this guy cant fix it. I've tried many things but nothing was able to solve my issue, including contacting @MojangSupport on twitter but was never given a response or offered any advice. I've done some research on this topic and found that many other Minecraft users are having the exact same issue as me. I've been dying to play Minecraft VR ever since I tried it on my roommate's computer a couple years ago. Please help!
