When I am on creative and I spawn in an enderman and look at it, it will play the anger sound. if I continue staring at it, it will play a new sound as shown in the video.

Steps to replicate:
1) Spawn an enderman in creative
2) stare at it while it's holding a block

I tried looking for this bug on this website, but I couldn't find any
